Just got a message from broker about Victory ACE in 143b, this is a new project and he said that the launch price is 4500 in CLP, anybody has any more news about that!!

    but coockie the price 4500 doesnt it too high.. projects which r half done are getting at 4k bsp (approx) ..

    How many days are they taking per floor? And how did you know abt the response? There was a buyer in the project on IREF, who said that large units were not selling at all.

  • Victory will develop 3-4 towers of Logix Zest project. The club house will be shared. The greenery would be maintained by Logix. This sucks big time .. Not worth investing or for end use.

    well the builder is also providing lots of other stuff like modular kitchen, cupboards, AC, fridge, fans etc..so i guess kuch extra premium to banta hai :P
