Just got a message from broker about Victory ACE in 143b, this is a new project and he said that the launch price is 4500 in CLP, anybody has any more news about that!!

  • I called the person in this mail but he said that layout info is not available as it is soft launch but it is in 3-4 acre, all residential plot and said that launch will be in 2-3 months and launch rate will be 300-400 higher.

  • in resale market, i am getting 11th floor 1560 in Crossroads for under 4200 all inclusive which will be delivered in six-eight months... don't understand the high prices for this project...

    and if they are sharing it with high density Zest then balle balle!!

  • after going through all the details it does not seems to be a good investment.
    since lot of options available in the area with less rate & that too in advanced stages of construction.
