Projects With Ready To Move Flats in 2015, Noida

    You are Unitech. You should know better .
    I am not experienced member, but have visited unitech site couple of week before. Site Engineer said by Dec/2013. Works at B tower seems good going !

    But if someone want to move to unihome after possession after delivery of Tower-B only ( if they deliver tower wise!) , it would be difficult to stay as there would be lot of construction works around Plus I dont see any sector road/ Connecting Road for unihome-1.

    I heard sector road may be constructed by Unitech , But Connecting Road or master Plan road has to be constructed by Noida Authority. Connecting Road from sec-50 to Sec-119 are long pending. Connecting Road from Sec-119/120 to Sector-117 and from sec-74 to Sec-117 are yet to be constructed . Nothing being noticed !!

    Do anyone have any update on it ?

      Resale:

      1. Logix Blossom County – CLP- Rs.5150/- Per Sq. Ft. Onwards (All inclusive)

      2. Logix Blossom Greens – CLP- Rs.4550/- Per Sq. Ft. Onwards (All Inclusive)

      3. Logix Blossom Zest – BSP- Rs.3750/- Per Sq. Ft. Onwards + Additional

      Possession :

      1. Logix Blossom County – Minimum 6 Month Maximum 12 Month

      2. Logix Blossom Greens – Minimum 12 Month Maximum 18 Month

      3. Logix Blossom Zest – Minimum 12 Month Maximum 18 Month

        For Wishtown, We've got the PC possession - 200 that was estimated. Infact T8, 9 may also be delivered in addition. Kalypso T1/2 they are still saying Dec'13.

        Kalisto 20-30 villas may also make this year in addition.

        Klassic phase 1 is touch and go.

          My ex-consulting firm was working with them to streamline delivery. Guess they had an impact!

            Possession for Willows (not sure of total number of units) starting from aug- sep 2013. Possession of 2 towers in Amber expected in 2013. Again not sure of the number of units.

                JPWT klassic atleast 5 towers will be delivered this year , A10,B1,A9,A8,B1 in sequence of delivery .

                    I doubt very much - was at WT today. Sometime next year at best IMHO. Will be pleasantly surprised if it does happen though

                      Nice initiative sequence. However something i like to highlight here. Some projects in noida are quoted rates based on AI and some other like boulevard are quoted based on bsp.
                      Probably that could also be included here.
