Friends,

Lets state the name of projects that are going to deliver flats in 2013. Lets also state the number of flats being delivered (since some projects will deliver phase wise). Maybe we can also mention the current ALL INCLUSIVE resale rate range too (of the flats/phase being delivered in 2013)

I think it would help many home buyers looking for NEW RTM flats among thousands of choices unlike in previous years when we had limited projects/flats being delivered.

After every day or two I can collect all data and summarize in a single post.

example (with dummy numbers):

1. Jaypee Pavilion Court : 300 flats 6500/- to 7000/-
2. 3C Panache : 450 flats 4800/- to 5500/-
3. 3C Boulevard : 600 flats 4800/- 6200/- ( i think we can include the recently delivered flats too here)

.. other sector 137 and sector 7X flats....

    Mine is Rs. 10/- PSQFT after June 2013 (i.e. after + 6 months).. 5 PSF is a very nominal amount.. means its almost half or may be even less if we compare to existing loan rates which these builder takes from banks.. so they are more than happy to pay the penalty amount because eventually they are making profit even on this.

    Yeah..its not much talked abt project in IREF.. will take pics in my next visit.. its behind Prateek Wisteria.

    Yes, penalty is always lower than bank interest rate.

    Saurabh , I just checked the construction status on their website. None of the towers have even crossed 15th floor structure. So, how are you saying that 750 flats will be ready in 2013 ?? abhi toh 40% sturcture + brickwork + plastering + fitting etc. etc. baki hai.

    Please note, you have to mention how many flats will be ready in 2013 (not how many were promised by builder).

    for examples, In 3c case, I have only considered towers whose, structure is complete + brickwork & external plastering is complete + internal work is on (like balcony railings done etc.)

    please correct me if wrong.

    It's behind Helios in terms of construction progress so he would find it difficult to substantiate it. Helios is a small project with finishing in progress.. It would be delivered before these projects..

    Buddy i m nt here to substantiate anything.. its my POV.. B/W contruction in Forest is ahead of Helios for some towers and in some towers its almost equal.. People have recieved Finishing demand for most towers.

    mere bhai phase 1 me around 2200-2500 units hai..... 4000-4500 to total hai 45 acres me....

  • Noida Extn. : cant expect anything before 2017. Builder will also take advantage of these itigations.
    G.Noida : is still 50% occupied. All high rise in sec-pi is not getting buyers or even tenants. U can still get ready to move in 3000~3300/-psqft.

    Supply of Noida will definitely effect rates of G.Noida (will be stagnate).
