Friends,

Lets state the name of projects that are going to deliver flats in 2013. Lets also state the number of flats being delivered (since some projects will deliver phase wise). Maybe we can also mention the current ALL INCLUSIVE resale rate range too (of the flats/phase being delivered in 2013)

I think it would help many home buyers looking for NEW RTM flats among thousands of choices unlike in previous years when we had limited projects/flats being delivered.

After every day or two I can collect all data and summarize in a single post.

example (with dummy numbers):

1. Jaypee Pavilion Court : 300 flats 6500/- to 7000/-
2. 3C Panache : 450 flats 4800/- to 5500/-
3. 3C Boulevard : 600 flats 4800/- 6200/- ( i think we can include the recently delivered flats too here)

.. other sector 137 and sector 7X flats....

    Hmm...interesting, I'll probably side with Pravin on this one - LOT of people may want to shift because of size difference - BUT a LOT of people dont care about sizes, they care about location and a sence of belongingness and an interia to move. Also lot of people want to be near their place of work which is an important aspect

    Dekho...you may get a 1700 sq ft house in Noida vs a 900 sq ft in Delhi - logical to shift right?

    Now extend this...you may get a 3400 sq ft house in Crossing Republic or YEW - will you shift there? eh?

    So, looks like we have around 20000 flats coming up in 2013.

    1. Helios has about 400 units.

    2. Please group projects by area.

    Following projects can be added:

    1. Is Marvel Homes Se 61 delivered? If not, it should also be ready in 2013.

    2. Gardenia Grace (sec 61) also.

    3. NRI Residency in sec 45.

    No idea abt number of units in any.

  • This is a real optimistic figure. I don't think even half of these flats will in actual become RTM. Sure shot missouts would be

    Divine Meadows
    Jaypee Aman
    Antriksh 7X Project
    Ajnara Homes

    And even I doubt 1000 LP flats will be offered possession.

    Still its a good list which will give us a good idea how many flats missed deadline and I can tell you the number would be huge.

    dear homes 121 phase 1 would surely be offered for possesion in the first half next year.. visit the place urself.. phase 2 has a slight possibililty too..

    PS: I have no enemity with Ajnara and any other builder I mentioned. Thats just my thinking.

    Excellent work... though all the builders will not meet the above mentioned figures for sure....
