    What price do you expect on expressway noida sector 100-107 belt which has vanalika,prateek edifice, boulevard, sharnam etc...
    Last year the range was 3500-3800 in dec. Now it seems 4700-5500 . What do you think will be new price range in this belt after two years.

      Can be above Rs 12000 per sq ft.

      Sector 100-107 have great advantage of 75 wide mtr roads.
      Location / connectivity wise it is best in the Noida.
      This area will establish benchmark price of whole Noida.
      Can be above Rs 12000 per sq ft.
      If third class societies of DDA in rohini, dwarka , mayor vihar have price tag of 18000-20000, then it deserve at least 12k although it may have close competition with sector 110 & 104.

        You should have kept an option of below 6k also. The bears should also get a chance to vote.

          Good morning dear? we r discussing after 2 years prices.
          Even today’s price (all inclusive) is not less than 6k in most of the projects in this belt (100-107)

            With project deliveries starting in a year , the price of 10 k in two yrs should not be a surprise.

              Good evening mate. Do you know what 'bear' means? Haven't you ever heard of RE prices falling down? You may not feel that they will go down, but there surely are people who feel so. How would their view be reflected in poll results?

                I think you will see 9000-10000 Rs price in two years except amrapali which can be lower. Prateek edifice should be 12000 Rs two years from now.

                  Theoretically you r rite but be practical yar pls consider only two factors to predict future real-estate prices
                  1. Land acquisition policy: Noida authority cannot produce 2nd undisputed locations like 100-107, (yes, 143 onwards available- with disputes)?
                  2. Construction cost: do you know labor, brick, sand & other fillers price/rates trend?
                  Bull & Bear work in pure speculative markets only, but real-estate always has some other major factors to be considered.
