    Cons: odd plot.. No open space

    AND PRATEEK stylon
    Pros: cant say location. It is very close to mahamaya but not good approach
    Cons: prateek name. Somehow still i cant imagine prateek as luxury

    Looking forward for opinion of others

    just restricting myself to sectors in noida, I personally think that 143 has the strength to fail some of the better called sectors in noida both under construction and RTM. No doubt that it is a little futuristic to go ga ga about the sector but then what investment is? Isn't that futuristic?

  • I saw the plot last week. It will be a gated community. That semi circular green patch is not part of Amadeus and will be outside gated walls. The logic zest apartments at back are all supposed to be all studio apartments. I was told there would be around 280 or so apartments and not 500.

    As far as I know, FNG no more exists. It's only a wide road bet. Noida and Ghaziabad.

    Builder seems to be misleading people by quoting FNG.

    If "That semi circular green patch is not part of Amadeus" is true, I wonder how can someone be fascinated about this project. Where's the open space ?

    There is not much open space .
    I thought the green half circle was Amadeus land!!!!!

    Anyways MEGHDOITAM does not have open space . This project needs to excel on quality and Architecture
