  • I am evaluating this project but I have a few concerns/queries

    - Is the club exclusive ? Or is it going to be shared by Logix/Victory ?
    - Also, do you have any idea about the CLP plans for TGB when it was launched in late 2009 ? Were they asking for 50% upfront there as well or have they changed the payment plan in this project only?
    - I still think the best plan is the normal CLP plan as it covers little risk(?)BTW will the first 50% be loanable or does the builder know the trick to make it loanable ;)
