      The don't have the RTI from the authority against the land they are selling.

        Not sure what you are saying,,, What has RTI got to do with this???? Are you talking about some other abbreviation of RTI than is normally understood?

        You mean their plans are not approved by authority? But if the land they are selling is not acquired by authority, why do they need authority approvals ???

          The approval from authority is not required as far as the construction is concerned in these plots however what is the status of the land in the Master Plan and whether or not it will be acquired can be only informed to us by the authority when we apply for RTI against that land as to what is the current status of the land in the MP.
