Seniors and Experts Please Advice: 1.Are the furnished office spaces 300-500 sq ft not a good investment? One of the Matured Broker/Underwriter told me that Sir don’t even think about office spaces, you will be stuck. He was from Gurgaon and works mostly in Gurgaon Projects. 2.He also mentioned that most of the Offices spaces in Gurgaon are lying vacant, available for even lesser than residential and not only that they do not appreciate but will be difficult to get rid of them once you buy. 3.Also, if this is the scenario in Gurgaon, does it mean the same for Noida? I am thinking of making an investment on Greater Noida Expressway Sector 140 for an Office space. Few brokers working on Noida side said “Are Nahi Sir, Noida is different than Gurgaon, Various smaller Knowledge parks, SEZ and being cheaper, you will see an appreciation of an average of Rs. 750 per sq ft every year for next 3-5 years as this is the upcoming area”. 4.What is true from above, so confused please comment? Or people who have invested in Office Spaces please share your experience.
