I have been exploring to buy a 3 BHK for end use. I have finalized few projects all on re-sale, i need your advice in case i have missed on any crucial element while selecting the project.

1. Budget- 70-75L
2. Possession- Upto 1-1.3 Year

Projects-

Lotus Panache- Tower 10, 3, 9, 6
Broker Say Possession- Sep 13
Resale- Price- 4800 BSP

JP Klassic- Tower A1, 2,3, 6, 7
Possession- Dec 12
Price- 4200 BSP

Prateek Wisteria- Tower 6
Possession- April14
Price- 4800 AI

I would appreciate, if senior members can provide an insight on possession of the mentioned towers along with classification of the various projects by different builders.

Quality, structure and price is important!

    Panache in 4800 BSP, which floors are you looking? is it more than 15?

  • JP-Klassic is better. Quality wise, Panache and Klassic may be at par. Since klassic towers are in outskirts of jaypee town, the units facing outside would be least affected. Location of Panache/Klassic are no doubt better.

    Klassic better choice considering amenities (sport , hospitalts etc)be provided by jp.
