Kindly share your information and knowledge about the current resale rate of flats/apartment in noida in terms of AI

For better understanding lets divide the Noida into 4 major resale market of flats
1) Noida Expressway
2) Noida Sector 7xx
3) Noida Sector 117xx
4) other sectors(including old one)

Myself interested in 1 Bhk/Studio apartment along the noida expressway , upto sec-137/168 location including jaypee wishtown , golden nimbus studio.

What should be the realistic price now a days as all the builderes v hijected for n no of reasons AI price close to 5500-6500 psf along the NE or 7X

  • Prices have not changed since last 2 months

    Sector 74, 76, 79 etc - Rate is 4200/- to 4500/- all inclusive Resale
    Sector 119, 120, 121 etc - Rate is 3200/- to 3500/- all inclusive Resale
    Noida Extension - 2800/- BSP
    Sector 135, 137, 128, 133 etc - Rate is 4400/- to 4800/- resale
    Sector 143 - Rate is 3800/- to 4200/- all inclusive resale

    can you please advise which projects in 119/120/121 available at 3200-3500 AI?

    it must be around 4500 or +

    Please stop confusing people with such deflated rates. Though I agree that we should see some correction in prices in medium term, prices mentioned by you are way off the market.

    I have recently sold my Preteek Laurel flat in 5000 AI and bought in Lotus Panache at about 5700 AI.

    for any descent builder project atleast upto sector 137/168 from mahamaya flyover zone
    it would be in the range of min 4800 onwards

    and no where in Noida upcoming sectors it would be less than 4500 AI
    else noida extn 3200 kae range mae koi kyun book karenga

    I have a small flat in Gaur Grandeur. It is up for possession. The rates being offered to me are ~5200 AI. Rajat, get me a flat in your quoted price by reputed builder in 11* sectors so that i can buy one.

    Rates are not mentioned like circle rates sector wise. these are project wise.
    Sector 128 is jaypee GC properties. is rate mein.. AI :bab (59):

    Sector 119, 120, 121 etc - Rate is 3200/- to 3500/- all inclusive aur NE 2800/- BSP wah bhai

  • dear anuj.. I agree the prices as per this website are 300/- more in sectors 119,120,118 etc, as compared to what i had mentioned above. Actually it was my mistake, the prices are actually in range of 4000/- in these sectors but if you check this website carefully.. around 90% of projects on expressway are in range of 4500 all inclusive

    i dont know the authenticity of the prices mentioned on this website
