Hi,

This is a new project in sector 100 on greater noida express way. Does anyone have any idea on the Builder ? They are providing 2-3 BHK flats 2825 psf.

    I doubt you can buy in Phase-I where possession has been offered before registry
    if yes I would like to know the resale rates too

    "LB" looks better than "34pavillion"

    I understand that I can't make a purchase on Ph-1 even if I wish to as the registry must be completed first. But that's a non issue because I have 5-6 months to wait out & hopefully Ph-1 flats would be handed out by then.

    If someone has any info on Floor sizes in Ph-1 I would have a much clearer picture about what to buy as I am looking only at 1650 or 1850 sq/ft (or bigger) flats.

    Why don't you go for Phase-II in LB where possession is also expected in March-April 2013??

    Omaxe Grand is commanding around 18000 rent, on that basis I said 15000 for LB

    arre bilkul sahi bole aap sir .. hum toh sirf keh rahe hain ki look how times change .. ek 2009 tha jab sab kuch dirt cheap tha .. real estate outlook negative tha ..aur ab dekho .. har taraf boom time :)

    Is 18K for 1000 sqft flat and that would be including maintenance, right ?

    For LB approx total cost would be 13-15K + 2250 maintenance. i don't see anyone paying over 17K in all for a 1000 sqft flat.

    Looking at this thread and the way it's taken too long for possession to be handed out to owners of PH-1 I doubt that PH-2 will be delivered on time as well.

    Still any idea about the floor sizes?

    lo de rahe hai sir..

    for LB, things are different..its under const project where dust is all around..in case of omexe, const is completed..I believe LB should fetch at max 15k including maintenance for 2 bhk. Rates will move after that..
