Hi,

This is a new project in sector 100 on greater noida express way. Does anyone have any idea on the Builder ? They are providing 2-3 BHK flats 2825 psf.

  • both are different.... 13-15% being reasonable on the minimum basis....

    Demand spurt based on the population composition.... denoting it in figures is not possible....

    Good news..but in the past, rates have been revised with immediate effect..cant understand the reason for prospective revision..

    If there is open space then there is no guarantee that they might not increase the FAR in future if allowed by paying extra.

    Omaxe cant build anything more on the grandwoods project. Omaxe grandwood is already complete.

    They have lost a case in allahbad high court and cannot construct any thing new. I know as i live there.
