Hi,

This is a new project in sector 100 on greater noida express way. Does anyone have any idea on the Builder ? They are providing 2-3 BHK flats 2825 psf.

    Few queries. Appreciate your inputs

    1. Could any of you well informed citizens tell me if they have some concrete date of possession for Tower 32 (Espacia). Last I heard, it was Apr-May 2014.

    2. How much increase in percentage of super area should I expect toward possession so that builders can do away with delayed penalty?

    3. Heard 1 case, where DLF in Gurgaon was made to pay heavy delayed penalty because of a court ruling in favour of them. Could same ruling be applied to 3Cs?

    "Floraville" infect every current project from Paramount is now in deep trouble. Project is not good for end use as well as investment purpose anymore. Builder is very much in financial trouble.     2. Paramount Emotions -- Noida Extension
    3. Paramount Golf Foreste -- Greater Noida

    There is hardly any good inventory available in the market 5600 bsp in Phase -2.

    Even for phase -3 & 4 one does not get clean fine 5600.

    Most of investors are waiting for finishing work to complete and aiming at 7000 - 7500.

    God knows will they get or not - - - - - -.
