Pheww!! 5228 is the ongoing circle rate?? its insane.. and how come separate service tax on parking?? have they not charged service tax earlier when the demand was made? You cant levy service tax twice on the same thing.

Are they also getting into separate maintenance agreements? and is there a security deposit to it or like 2 years maintaince charges together.

Have they charged you for the excess super area?

Seems like almost a demand of around 7 lakhs including the last demand at the time of possession.
