This should be taken very seriously and all invested in 3c should take it up with the management so that they are forced to take care in all future flats for which they will be giving possession.

Strange is'nt it the real buyers are going for inspection

This is from LBYahoo group as well

Today I have done inspection before registry.
no check list just check your house if you find anything not right then they will get it correct within a week.In my flat nothing found wrong except one or two place tiles color was changed but as per 3c this is due to diff lots .
                thanks

                    The real concerns would be

                    1) Is the club operational? How is 3C demanding advance maintenance in case pool and club are not operational ?

                    2) Is the park operational? When it is going to be operational ?

                    3) Is 3C listening to all the compalints that were found out during inspection ? As long as they are listening , I give two hoots to the complaints ? If not, what kind of complaints they are not listening to and why ? How could we force them to listen to the complaints ? Should we have a group meeting or how should we proceed ? What are the key complaints that we need them to get resolved? What should be the strategy to move forward on that ? Should we get a written commitment on that ?

                    4) How is 3C alloting the second car parking (open/closed) . What is the price finalised for that ? Is it fixed i.e. can I get the car parking at the same price after 2 months as well.

                    5) How is 3C going to do the maintenance and importantly how it is going to segregate the completed Phase from other other phases which are ongoing constrruction which is extremely important for Phase-1 end-users.

                    6) What is the registry process in detail ? What is the exact proceudre and what are the parameters that one needs to take care off?

These are real issues of an end user. Leave it, these are meant for real end users, not for somebody trespassing who is filled with jealousy and pessimissm.

Agar end users ki itni chinta hai to aise time laga ke issue point karo jisse logon ka bhala ho saka .

                      We are not reporters ..
by the way even any issue we expect the actual investors should share since they know much more than trespassers.

premium is being paid for small issues also we can ignore that either.. if not ,then what's wrong with Supertec, Amrapali, NA MIG flats etc.....
                      Thanks
