    Sure.... Purvanchal, Sunshine, Gulshan, ATS, Eldeco...All are better than 3C in terms of final products.

      Hazarron jawaabon se achi hai meri khamoshi, Na jaane kitne sawaalon ki aabroo rakhi...dont wont to end up bashing these builders as that would mean mudslinging at folks who have put in their hard earned money..My advice to all is pls compare other parameters like price, location, FAR, amenities, connectivity, etc rather than just one factor like quality before passing judgement on any single project/builder.

        How can you compare two projects until and unless both are ready. 3C is still not ready and we don't know when other projects will be ready. Don't go by earlier projects of other builders as at that time FAR was so less and they would look more open.

        BTW if you think Gulshan project which boasts of 150 flats per acre would be better than 3C then I would suggest sell 3C if you have it and invest in Gulshan. You will get good rate in 3C right now and will get Gulshan pretty cheap. But you know it , we all know it , that you won't do this, for obvious reasons.

          ATS is fine but you need to shed out 20% more than LB, Sunshine final product is not yet delivered so do not talk about it. Also pros and cons of sunshine is being discussed in helios thread ,you cant say it a better product than LB untill it get delivered ( location wise LB is anytime better than Sunshine ). Eldeco ,Purvanchal, Gulshan no project near completion ( Already delivered product by then , you can compare the rates with LB)

              Hi Nitin 2376,

              As you have researched the project thoroughly, i would like to seek your advice.

              1) Please compare Tower -23 (Unit 2) vs Tower-17 (Unit 5) in terms of sunlight and openness, not in terms of greenery in front.

              2) What is the approx distance of T-16 (Unit 4) from T-17 (Unit 5).

                Till the year 1980 scooters manufactured by Bajaj were sold at a premium in the market. It was common for any family at that time to keep around 5 scooters booked for being sold at premium at the time of delivery. So much so that “Chetak” was available to an Indian only if one had foreign currency!! Then came LML with their trendy scooters and premium is unheard of since then.
                Maruti 800 commanded premium in its initial years of launch.
                Today you make up your mind for a vehicle in the morning and by noon can zip around the same even if you do not have any Bank balance!!
                That same class from the era of “inspector raj / license raj” who made money from premiums have come in RE today in the avatar of “Investors”.
                RE is maturing. In another 5 years there would be so much RTM in the market which the investors will find difficult to off load at fancy premiums. Abnormal profits cannot be earned forever.
                Those who say that LB is available below 5000, might be correct and this is waking up call for those who think investing in RE is like mining a gold field which will never exhaust.
                Please invest in skills (learn a language and open a new world for yourself), health (join a gymnasium), relationships (make friends during your morning walks), education (take up a course to improve on your vocation), travelling (have you seen all the places within 200 kms of your residence?) and family (play a game together on weekends or go trekking). These will keep you supported throughout life.
                Money is god and greed is good; better invest in art like paintings by a renowned painter who is 80 plus and you are sure to quadruple your money soon!!

                    I personally don't like lower floors in high rise building ( MY PERSONAL OPINION) for me the tower no 1 to 7 ,28 to 30 ( back sides apartment are best in terms of sunlight also nothing gonna come in future to block) any park facing apartment will give a congested view.Tower 17 apartments are more congested than 23 ones and forget sunlight if you are staying in a lower floor.My Opinion go for higher floor

                    Sorry cant give you the measurement but its not too much seperated you will get an idea from the 3D tour of LB

                      Well... I agree location of LB better than SH but project wise SH definitely better..whether it's specs, layout...LB is a concrete jungle....Just wait for few more months and you will see the difference between Lb and SH. Mark my words. BTW, deliver to abhi LB bhi nahin hua hai...2 tower jaise taise deliver karne se project nahin deliver hota when there are other 30 still waiting to be delivered
