Hi,

This is a new project in sector 100 on greater noida express way. Does anyone have any idea on the Builder ? They are providing 2-3 BHK flats 2825 psf.

    agreed..club cons is going on very rapid pace..also near by area of phase 1 2 towers are getting shape for possession but wondering if only 2 tower possession is due in phase 1..what abt other towers..i can see corner towers work seems to be halted or very slow pace..Any comment..

    Its good to know that Noida and NE Issues are in favour of Buyers. Its a gr8 news for all ME Buyers.

    Proper Noida Flats prices on expressway were getting hyped in last 3-4 months by Builders quoting NE / Noida Farmers issues... does senior members feel .. was that a artificial hype becuase of NE Issue or it was as per the regular trends.

    What's the predications on Noida Expresssway Fresh Booking & Resale Prices once NE Decision is out and is in favour of Buyers?

    How do we think about Lotus Bouleverd?

  • nowhere near possession. Finishing being done on few more towers of phase 1. Too much construction activity near those towers. no landscaping around, cranes overhead working in other towers. No approach roads for those tower n much more.

    So, if you get your flat and tower, its like a cottage in jungle.

  • Then phase one buyers must be hoping for delayed possession, as it will save them from maintenance charges, and entitle them for delay penalty instead. And also give them additional time to sell before registry. So a win win for them!

    most probably NO. if 3C and Amrapali deliver the same respective qualities that they have delivered till date, LB will always be costlier.

    even if they deliver same quality and maintenane, LB should remain the more costly option, as project has become very famous, possession will be early hence society will be more livable for next 5-7 years.
