Hi,

This is a new project in sector 100 on greater noida express way. Does anyone have any idea on the Builder ? They are providing 2-3 BHK flats 2825 psf.

    really good news..Is 3c arranging Pandit and bearing hawan expenses..:bab (59):..anyway good news for LB buyers..soon registry and other process will be started..

    What does it mean? Does it mean that Resale Prices for current users may go up even in other phases...

    So far I have seen Max Rs. 4700~4800/- being quoted... Are there chances to go up further once Pahse-1 is delivered.

    I understand that they had launched a new tower in espacia(sec 100) and they were quoting a price of 5800/- for the same.

    Also I understand that someone looking for a LB property was told 5,000/- on resale options but actual min. offer was 5400/-

    Also have they opened up some basic amenities like a convenience store inside the complex

    Also what are their comments on starting up of the club
