    Chajja....it reminds me of the Diwali time cleaning off the chajja's for all the debris it use to accumulates over the year.....one less thing to worry about. Rainwater could be a concern at some of the floors only, but most will benefit from increased sunlight had there been a chajja.

      Very few will enjoy Sunlight since its high rise and high dense projects most of them will enjoy the shadow of other buildings................hehehe

        That's very true and whatever light gets filterd from the tall towers, atleast chajja will not come in the way.

                Sorry for being offtopic....but if people really gave value to open space, greenery and bungalows...GN rate would be sky high which is just 15 mins away.

                  You are forgetting the fact that people like to live near to their places of work as well as the commercial district. Greater Noida has none of these as of Now in fair measure. when GN gets the two the prices will start jumping and then you will see the differentiation being made. Properties with open spaces will always come at a relative premium.

                    We both are saying the same thing that people give higher priority other things like closeness to commercial area etc than greenery, openspace and bungalows.

                    BTW with time commercial area can move or comeup in a new area but openspace cant be created and flats cant not be turned into bunglows.

                    anyways..i've no personal interest in LB...you please continue your informative discussion
