HOw is Antriksh's construction quality, in terms quality of construction material being used.

How true antariksh is towards his promises and commitment.
Does he deliver the projects to his clients in time.

How is the builder's quality of building maintenance.

    Hi,

    I want to share my experience with Antriksh Builder in Noida, Easycapital Delhi (DSA-Axis Bank) and Finlace Consulting (Innovions consulting pvt. Ltd). It was a horrible experience with all of them.

    I booked my flat in Flexi Plan with Antriksh Kanball 3G in sector 77, Noida in March 2012 with the help of broker Finlace Consulting NOIDA With-in the same week, after booking the flat, I got a call from Mayank Mehra-easycapital Delhi dsa to get the loan from AXIS Bank. I handover all the papers to him and my loan get sanctioned on 7-April-2012.However bank sanctioned the loan in CLP plan (not in Flexi as per the paper provided to him). After repeated call from my side, easycaptial address the issue and told me they don’t have agreement on Flexi-plan between bank and builder.After 2-3 months Builder and Axis Bank get mutually agreed internally and converted my plan from FLEXI to CLP without being notifying me on July 2012 and Bank dsa told me he has settled the case with builder with no extra cost. (I believe, bank dsa agreed to get some percentage commission from builder).

    Now a month back (in March 2013) when I asked for NOC to sale my flat, builder told me to pay 52000/- Rs as interest amount for delay in payment. Where actually it was fault by builder and Bank.

    It’s now almost a month, I keep on asking the Builder to revert back the interest charge but neither the easy capital Delhi Axis bank dsa, nor Mr. Rakesh Yadav (Antriksh Builder)taking the issue seriously and they keep on asking me to pay the interest amount as it is my fault for delay in payment.

    Builder told me to contact Bank or Finlace Consulting (Innovions consulting pvt. Ltd). Axis Bank is not attending me. Finlace Consulting (Innovions consulting pvt. Ltd) asking me to contact Mr. Rakesh Yadav (Antriksh Builder). Mr. Yadav has no time to attend the comman man.So, to sell my flat, I have to bear the interest with no fault from my side.

    Request you to please be aware and not deal with the below peoples/firm. They are fraud and making fool of us.

    This builder of Antriksh and Forest is a fraud. Please don't trust this builder . Their project is already 2 years delay and still they tell when hey are going to deliver. The are claiming final installment hen the project is far from completion. The quality of construction is worst. The Builder Perfect Proupbuild owned Mr Yaday and lead by Manager Rahul Anand are very suspicious character and never stick to their commitment even which is done in contract ..

    All their previous projects has very bad reputation.

    My suggestion is never purchase any flat in this project.
