  • Its in Sec 117 "The Palm" with 2&3 BHK.2 BHK, 1200 SQF-62 LAKH & 3 BHK 1500 SQ FT-80 LAKH.

  • I called to them.they told same thing around 5170 bsp and 1200 size for 2 bhk and 15-1600 for 3 bhk..
    Whats the resale price going on in that area?

    5700-5800 (AI) for gaur grandeur. Unihome,Ph-1 (finishing is on progress) rate is around 4700-4800(AI), for ph-2 it is around 4200-4400(AI).
