It's a 72 sq. m (760 sq. ft) 1 BHK flat with decent construction by NA. Location seems to be good in sec -99 (near to preteek stylome, 3C, etc). What price this 1BHK can command in the present time?

  • Friends, how would be the future prospects of Sector 99. We have not seen significant growth since its possession in 2012. Unitech builder's projects are on hold. All sector 96,97,98 commercial belt could not have developed. No sign of growth while we have seen fair growth in other far away sectors on expressway i.e. Sector 82, 108, 93, 137, 143, 150 etc.. Please through some light as I have to take a call on my LIG flat here which is not moving from 30 L price tag in last 5 years.. A huge loss to me..

      Location no doubt is awesome but people don't want to go to deserted places. The growth is stopped in that due to Unitech's delay. Unless it completes very less chances for appreciation to happen.
