Re : Impact Of Gold Rates On Real Estate

Gold appreciated because many nations and big investor hedged their money due to inflation and economic instability. Now as we are seeing growth signals coming from US and economic worries dempening all over the world, many investors are coming out of their gold positions. So again drop in gold price is a global phenomina.

Very true that same can happen to Reality in Noida. People parked their money in Real estate due to high inflation. If we see inflation coming down to less than normal, we may see no or low growth in real estate. But inflation doesnt look to come down in near future....So be cool...

i think now onwards ppl will loose faith in gold... so they move toward to RE to park their money,,
this fall of gold will be good for RE.

there is no other investment option left for investor. RE mai hi paisa lgega ab.

Gold is coming down because Cypress is selling 400 metric gold in open market to raise $30 Billion bail out package from Trioka (IMF, ECB, EU). Traders also taking into consideration the end of QE3 by US Fed this year.

Gold came down to Rs 26200 / per 10 gms today. Its heading to 22-23k levels.

Gold will remain subdued in this year.

Silver also crashed 11% and traded at Rs 44000/kg

WPI inflation also eased today to 5,96%.

              All commodities are coming down.

If Gold crash leads to less buy in India, it could be good to Indian economy as it will help to reduce current deficit.

Practically speaking no investor will sell his property in less premium, also re-sale option is very less considering huge supply in future. Going further RTM properties will be all around but no buyers. Investors have to rent them to get rid of maintenance charges and end users who are from far away places prefer to take home on rent to nearby work location. In brief you can't able to sell your property going forward just enjoy slow rental income.
