Hi All,

I am living in US and want to know about Amrapali Sapphire Phase II project which is in sector 45 Noida. I have heard that the phase-I of this project is sold out and the phase II has already 90% sold. Has anyone booked anything there ? If yes please share your thoughts. I am planning to buy a 3bhk (3b3T-1640 Sq Ft) and want to get some reviews from you experts. I am interested in this project because i think the sector 45 location is very nice, please correct me if i am wrong. I can not personally visit the site so your feedback is very important to me.

How is the quality of work of Amrapali projectcs? has anyone had any personal experience with them? How safe is it to invest in this project?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

  • As a flat owner in this Sapphire society, I have gone through the torture taking months to get my flat ready. That was the time when I decided against moving to my own flat. Now that the society residents are taking up the matter strongly, I hope the work will generate some speed and the owners of towers P,Q,R,S,T will get to see their towers ready probably by NEXT DIWALI with an operational club for Phase 2 and Basement parking opened up.

Well done residents. Keep up the momentum. But something seriously needs to be be done maintaining the society. It cannot run for long in this fashion. .

  • Indeed. But Ph- II RWC is complete non-sense. They put all efforts in unnessesary things and essential things are way behind.

  • What we gain nothing MSD has disassociate him from AMARPALI. We should not hyper our self to that level that we loss our main goal. We need MSD as our representative based on his voice and trust we consider Amparli .How can he get away leaving all of us in black hole and with this greedy bankrupt builder.

  • Very true. Its easy escape and now options are shrinking. Protestors donot know whom to target and pressed the wrong button.

  • Did the buyers seriously book only by seeing Dhoni. Did they believe that Dhoni will be their next door neighbour and will be responsible for completing Amarpalli projects.

It was a good idea by buyers to involve Dhoni in their tweets, but by overdoing it they have lost their handle.

  • Vja1236;: Are you really serious? How can u think MSD could be your voice? What MSD had was a professional relationship with Amrapali, at best he can walk away if he remotely feels he was also part of the reason for the current mess (remember what Amitab did for Cadbury's when quality (worm incident) was raised as a big concern?)

  • If a company can disassociate itself of the player name is tarnished, like nike and other companies removed sharapova as its brand ambassador when see was caught doping, similarly a player can disassociate itself from the company if the company is not fulfilling its duties.

Anyway to say that people bought the flats because of dhoni is amateurish, but what this saga has done is that it opened the eyes of people towards the false promises of builders. Great that the Amrapali people have came together for a cause may be this won't help you much bit will helo the sector as a whole.

  • Shameful decision MSD!

This move confirms his suspicious and strong association of MSD with this group…

In one of which company her wife is a director.

Diwali/Holy/Dashahra sabke naam par add karta tha buyer ku chuna laga gaye mil kar.

He definitely had his vested interest in this group.

  • She can be the director or even share holder in one company. How does that make her liable for other companies of Amarpalli.
Also Dhoni is a celebrity endorser, as per current rules he cannot be held liable. All this is good for generating some negative publicity against Amarpalli and forcing them to deliver. But they stand no chance in court.

In total public losing all hopes and trust… Indian judiciary system has most lethargic way of working.

  • These celebrities (Sportsmen, actors etc) are available for rent. They can be rented to support any product or service. Of course they don't care about product they are endorsing or the interest of consumers. They care about their pay checks and perks they get by advertising and endorsing for companies.

Anybody who thinks Dhoni is Liable for failure of Amrapali is wrong. And its obvious that many celebrities are also shareholders of companies they endorse. Interest of consumer is last thing in their mind. Its only about money, money and only money.

    You are correct practically.

They are advertising without applying mind….
E.g. now days almost every movie releasing minimum one song promoting alcohol (although direct advertisement of any brand is prohibited but they are promoting consumption of liquor which ultimately promote liquor consumption) every big star promoting poison and our very young generation may become addict but still we fill they are our STARs..

kab tak public bewakuf banegi?? Shayad jab tak… jab tak wo jawab mangna na seekh jaye and social media grant this right to general public to raise their voice and ask these crooks.

Although IREF is a limited platform (limited to real estate discussions), Why not we make them aware that what to promote and what not… they must understand loss of promoting wrong product.. what can we do? nothing...No, we can assess their money desire.. we can draw their real images how good/how trustworthy they are for our society... unfortunately, we all knows that legally they are not liable but socially they must understand impacts of their wrong promotion “aur fir wo chahe alcohol hu ya chor builder”, apart from money they are earning lacs and lacs of hell wishes….
    for those celebs---go to h**l

  • I don't know why people are after Dhoni. He's making big money on these endorsements. He's not there to complete projects and resolve disputes and neither does he care about these matters.

Its the fault of People who made celebrities into Gods and Messiahs. People create celebrities. People make them Gods. Now don't blame these celebrities for being greedy and selfish. Its fault of you, the people, who were blindly worshiping these celebrities. These celebrities are just normal businessmen (greedy & corrupt) trying to make money as much as they can.

  • guys , do you really think that these residents are worried about this dhoni business.

whole purpose was to highlight the wrongs of this builder and objectives appear to have fulfilled.

this is just tip of iceberg ,better for mr sharma to get into business straight away.
