    Good progress...Happy for all TRR customers.

    I have my own reservations about this project but looking at others like loading,delivery delays etc etc this project is equally good if not less.

    As I said most buzzing area in Noida currently is Sec135/137/143/168 and these sectors will fuel the future growth story and will compliment each other.

      The progress in TRR is best with regards to its neighbors (Sec 137 et all) in last 1 year. Worth a project at these rates {resale, primary included}.

      Now the project is entering its crucial phase with licences from Fire dept etc need to be taken and elevators are to be installed. also, since the payments from the CLP plans would have reached 80-85%, we have see how the Developer will keep its promise of delivery.

      Correct me if I am wrong, the Tower B & C owners should have got possession by now if we go by their BBA?

              Hopefully new smaple flat would be ready in next 30-45 days in the B tower GF of the side(No#2 of tower) which is close to new gate, when I visited in November first week, I saw flooring work has been comepleted on the GF.

                  thete hv been almost daily advt in toi for Ridge Residency since last 20 days or so.... they are offering 3625 for down payment plan.

                  i guess if 75% plus payment has already been asked for these towers in clp, then opting for down payment at 3625 ai isnt bad.

                  seeing this price for fresh booking, i would not be comfortable paying 3500+ in resale.

                    it is quite surprising to say that you have been seeing the ad in media for about last 20 days but you still could not see it properly or just trying to be ignorent .. actual price in this scheme is beyond 4500 for cash down in phase 1 and much more in phase 2,
                    about your comfort level go for a walk every day i meen "keep walking"

                      ankur your understanding is incorrect.

                      i have been trying to negotiate a deal here because of the location and progress. i found an aprtment in tower k in resale but owner is not going below 4400AI. he was not going below 4500 earlier hut due to negotiations he has agreed to go 100 below.

                      what you are saying in not 3625 AI. it is 3625 + many other costs + you get a bad location unit due to most inventory being sold.
