Hi

I was looking for an apartment in Noida and I came across Today Homes' Ridge Residency in sector 135. I see there has been no mention of this builder or this project in the forum. Does anyone know about this builder and this project? Any input would be appreciated.

The other project that I have shortlisted is Gardenia in sector 46, but I see from the discussion on this forum that there may be some issues with the school along the project site. Otherwise, what is the rate you guys have booked the apartment there for?

    Every thing is OK, but why still only .80% structure completed. I'm intersted in this project actually in new scheme. Pay 1 million Rs and rest for 18 months. Can any body give me idea for price negotiation. % discount and agents or direct builder. Also connectivity from Delhi & other part of Noida.

    The guy needs to get his facts correct... firstly, he was comparing the primary market of TRR with sec 137 resale apartments... also rates quoted were not correct.

    I know of a guy working in one of the companies in the adjoining SEZ and according to him there would be lotz of people wanting to rent out these apartments the moment they come up. They are not much interested in the Noida Authority's apartments due to less occupation right now and with no boundary wall and no security.

    What I am not certain is the data of possession and qualty of construction and it the quality of constuction is anywhere near the sample flat and the possession is given by year-end, I think all of the owners are in for a Very Happy 2014 :bab (48):

    did I mention resale price ? resale prices are between 4800 and 4900 for phase 1.

    I hope all these developments give a positive boost to the property prices and also TRR delivers on quality ....then only the investment objective will be realised...All the best to all investors and home owners..

    I don't think 7k is a reasonable resale number even at the time of possession. Should be in the range of 5.2-5.7k depending upon the unit.

    buy ridge facing unit , no towers , lots of green . no futher constructions. and ample sun light

    That is completely right. The scenery is brilliant ,very close to greens of Golf course w.o an end (atleast from higher floors). its really refreshing . these are the best apartments.

  • thanks rahul2011 and harsh123 for your responses. I understand that for better ridge view, it has to be a higher floor. Is 5-6th floor good enough? What would be the resale price for such unit?

    Also on the ridge side, which tower is best out of C, D, E, F, G, H, I towers?
