Re : Noida:New projects, What to do

Metro is a centrally funded scheme with Japanese financing.

States can approach the same agency for funding. Like Haryana did for C sec to Gurgaon south city.

Or like Haryana again did for Gurgaon metro (circular), it can do it by other means like DLF funding.

States have published master plans and Haryana most likely will implement all its metro plans one way or other.

NOIDA also is most likely to extend metro lines in various directions. Currently, it is planned to go to Greater NOIDA from the current terminal, from near sector 75 side approach. MAybe by 2015 is my expectation.

Other lines to Sector 93B and other expressway areas are also likely to come up in the next 10 years.

All this is long term. For now, metro means the last existing terminal. Think only for what is existing.

This is just a eye opener for all those who brought or planning to buy a house based on the Metro Route.
Every builder says nowadays that METRO is proposed just next to there project but just check the below link to find the official version from METRO OFFICIAL :

Neither Metro going from expressway to GNOIDA nor from sec 120/119/121 etc....

“The five more stations in Noida are planned at Sector-50, Sector-78, Sector-101, Sector-82, and Sector-92,” the official said.

      Regrads,
      Pramad
      Wikipedia said something different.
"Apart from these lines in Phases I-IV, plans have been mooted to construct a new line from Noida Sector-62 to Greater Noida which will intersect Indraprastha - Noida Sector-32 line"
I guess these are the agenda from builders or mere imagniation of few. Until, if its not there on official DMRC site or noida/greater noida authority official page.

Re : Noida:New projects, What to do

Location is quite close to center of NOIDA and metro, so what if its on edge. Easy drivability also.

I would go for semiconstructed or ready to move in.

            Dear Venky,
Just to clarify here......METRO is to ease city traffic not for highways or expressways.........METRO is not required where 8 lane expressways is there...its a simple logic.
So forgot that metro will ever come on any expressway or highways....as in those places this is not required.
EVERY BUILDER NOWADAYS IS A LIER.
Also there would not be two line for GNOIDA.only one line will go to GNOIDA that is from sec 50.

Mr.Nemo, I wrote this quote after searching for various discussions, which makes the choice even more confusing.
