    What I know, Wave City Center has the money of Politicians invested.
    How they are manage to hire international level contractors for their projects they must have some financial back up.

    So even location doesn't justify these prices... ? When 2 BHKs at relatively underdeveloped locations are touching 55 - 60 .. Any comments ppl?

  • If you look closely, its 75L for down payment plan, that for a 880 sq feet 2 bhk. For other plans its over 80L.

    what is so good in that location, that we need to spend 80 lakhs for 2bhk.

    people may get 3 bhk in this price in Noida in upcoming good locations on NE way

    Check out the Master Plan of Wave City Centre. It would be grand and one if its kind in India IF it is delivered as it is.
    It would have 100 story inconic building.

  • Yes agreed. If it is delivered. It is good to see that iconic tower. But location is in middle of crowded place, wherein NE way and golf facing could be much better location wise.

    Its in the middle of plotted development, not high rises. :) and connectivity through all the 4 sides .

    App 850 sq feet ka flat 77-80 lakh me kharido (excluding registry)..down payment me... kitne rate bad jayege.. 1 crore ka ho jayega kya 2-3 saal me.. with 2-3 more years to go for RTM.. aur agar 5-10% super area bada diya to phir .. ?
