Logix Blossom County by Logix Group in Sector 137, Noida

      I can also confirm that resale (all-inclusive) prices are down from Rs. 4700-4900 range to Rs. 4600-4800 range for park-facing units.

      Maybe they'll fall further, maybe they won't - but definitely good for genuine buyers.

        How much time the club will take to be functional and when they are planning to open the shops ?

        As by march expectation is 100 family will shift so they will require atleast daily use shops in premises.

              Resale rates are down by 2-3% (ranging 4600-4800 from 4700-4900) because builder has increased super-area by 7-8%.

                few of them could be as below:


                1. Registry is not started for Phase-1 as some dues to be paid to NA
                2. Very Slow Delivery of Phase-1 flats ..
                3. Phase-2 and Phase-3 Construction is very Slow ..
                4. Launched with Possession in 18 months in 2010 ... started construction in 2010 early then 5. any other builder in Sec 137 and now its in worst construction completion state as compare to any other builder in Sec 137
                5. No Water Softner plant installed yet TDS is 3000 even with RO its not coming dome than 300 ... Asking money from Buyers to install Water Softner
                All other projects in Sec 137 have at least Water Softner plant .. not sure if Buyers paid for the same.
                4. All other project of Logix are also in pathetic construction stage


                I believe its second worst builder in Noida after 3C which has hyped or marketed so much and come out worst at least in construction speed

                  Correction to my earlier post - while delay is definitely the primary reason, the other issues (super-area increase, non-registry, etc.) are more of contributory reasons.

                  For sure, one is not condoning bad practices indulged in by the builder. However, end-users need to evaluate both good and bad points of the project holistically.

                      Agreed, still I believe Blossom County is better than many other builder project such as Gulshan Vivante where no central park space .. no Sun light in any Park facing Flats .. too congested ..
