        Supertech is doing such tactics from quiet some time but worrying thing is even the so called reputed builders joining hands with authority for layout revisions. All this because of lack of strong RE regulation. Hopefully SC will teach Noida authority a lesson along with the builder.

            My dear friend....Supreme Court does not make laws. Laws are made by parliament and state assemblies. Being a senior member of forum, please post with facts and responsibility on this serious issue.

            So called Supreme Court decision on parking was perhaps related to state of Maharashtra and with reference to Maharashtra law. In my view it is not applicable to UP where the law is different.

              its only in Maharashtra..Even they have not make any law, they help in enforcement..

                Can supertech cancel the flat booking even we have paid around 80 % of total cost in CLP plan if we don't sign the form -b sent by them.

                  if your payments are on time, they can't dare to do so.

                  It's a beginning of revolution in Noida real estate and you are not alone.

                  Actually supertech has run out of options and thus the step. Its do or die situation for him. Wait for such thing to unearth for Amrapali, 3C and other big ones.

                  One more time 3C defaults from deadlines and they will be dragged to court.

                  If i am not afraid of 3C and them cancelling my booking, you should also not.

                  For once, stand against bull shit and fight. You will be proud of it one day.

                    it is more easy to say than doing it, in case end user has put money for the flat, wherein he is waiting for few years in a positive thinking that atleast he will get his flat...
                    Agreed that most of the builders are twisting the rules to their favour and so are the BBA also drafted in same way, but anyone could manage to get any clause amended in the BBA even if someone has read and objected before siging it..
                    Even you can see the loan agreements you are siging with any reputed bank as how much say the user has to amend or object to the clause..
                    There might be few extreme cases when end users are sure of losing their investment and than only reaction/ court cases happen. And besides that few good exceptions are always there.
                    Fear of losing will and is more in buyers than the builder, only way to it could be the structured and good laws for taking care of buyers rights.. Again this is a wishful thinking as of now.
