Can you please give your opinion and facts for Paras Tierea in Sector 137. Location seems fine & discounts are also good as of today.

    Anyhow, Phase 1 has 6 flats per floor and 17 floors high. Two lifts for further conclusion.
    In Phase 2 only three towers T25/26/27 has 8 floors per towers again with Two extra large lifts ;).

    100+ flats per acre in this project

    Correct, 95 % of the project in Noida are more than 100+ flats/acre

    development of the project looks promising. I bet possession is before Dec-13 for initial towers.
    also when you enter the project by main gate, you feel very classy and premium feel, that is one of the most important thing for the residents.

    My friend let the delivery begin for all the major projects.

    Looking at present condition, Paras is doing a good work.

    4400-4500: easy deal:), You could get it one year back. Not now. Just wait for some NRI bakra,who has no idea of the market rate, you might become a lucky buyer;).

    Bulder needs to get govt. approval first. This process is taking time, otherwise towers are ready.
