Can you please give your opinion and facts for Paras Tierea in Sector 137. Location seems fine & discounts are also good as of today.

    I already book in low floor 2914 , 2nd fløor without plc. They have good in const quality. Just opp commercial and nr expressway. In fut good appct received.thx

  • I only asked for Paras Tierea (Highrise), the offer which I have is for 2700 (all inclusive) for 4th floor.

    Booked a flat in paras sm time back.Found this project to be really nice.The builder has a gd reputation in commercial sector..

    They hv done a residential project in chandigarh also.Talked to some guys in their sales office n thy said that the some of the private and nationalized banks will start giving loan by the end of this month.

    Location also seems to be great as it would be the first residential project in sector 137 n v near to the xprsway.

    Request other members who booked flat there to provide their experience on the project.

    It is hardly a 12.5 acre project. Even if we consider 125 flats per acre the total number of flats would not be more than 1575. Hence according to your dealer the project is already sold out, well almost. Dude 99% the dealer would be lying coz whatever be the advantages of this project, if it was even 80% sold the builder would have increased the price substantially.
