  • Well , whatever it is. These cases there is no bail usually given outright and the arrests is imminent.
Dhoni may bow out of the sponsorship. Banks will stop further funding. Few buyers may be wary , sales may be affected.

If there is arrest the lower rung may fight for control and at the end the buyers may suffer. Such a famous personality , tv exposure , political exposure and heading the CREDAI in NCR .

For a business man of his stature there is bound to be a fallout and let's hope the volcano doesn't erupt else some of the investors and backers are bound to be covered in ashes .

Let's hope for the best that bail is granted and matter drags on and on as is the case in our judicial system. I am sure the second wealthiest person to contest for MP ( > 1000 cr net worth ) - can now use the father of the nation to come to his rescue from the forces that may have been responsible for this.

  • if he is really arrested then it is bound to impact sales and investor confidence for sure .. since his arrest will definitely be covered by most hindi news channels

if he gets bail and the case lingers on for years and years then it may not have too much of an impact on Amrapali

  • Supposedly not yet arrested else would have been all over the news channel.
Hope he gets bail and case lingers on. But, in politics you never know what can happen.
Take the case of jaya lalitha , she wouldn't have been had she joined hands with bjp in the centre elections.

Probably, mr sharma wouldn't even have a case registered had he been elected as an MP .

Let's see and hope for the best, as lot of buyers, investors and partners and projects in noida will be affected.
Dhoni also would be affected as he is all over the news papers promoting the amrapali projects.
