Just want to know if the property price in this development will keep rising as the rents are declinning and a friend of mine has bee offered Rs. 3.50 Crore for his 2800 sq ft flat in the project and thinks it is a good idea to sell now before the prices keep falling from this high.

Are the ATS prices going to delcine as the new projects come online like JP greens opposite and other developmentds near to NOIDA.

    Project is MEDIUM RISE, LOW DENSITY...No legal Issues and is maintained Like a Well Oiled Machine.....

    Builder's relatives are directly involved in project therefore better maintenance

    For an END USER....Its NOT AT ALL Recommended to Sell

    For INVESTOR.....If he has to sell....buy a SUPERIOR "Property".....meaning....LAND....PLOT.....Not a Flat...
    Dont make the mistake of selling and buying another flat.....Buy a Good location PLOT...
