Hi All

I am an engineer working with a small company in Sec 60, Noida . Being in a confused state of mind, i request the senior members of the forum to advise me on a project taking into consideration the following points:-

(1) I have a budget of around 30 lacs and i can only arrange for 20% of the
amount from my kitty. Rest would be a loan only.
(2) My office is very likely to be shifted to expressway by around end of 2011
(3) Since i am into field its likely that i keep switching among
companies very often but anyhow i plan to work in companies within
Noida only or abroad if i get a chance to. Thus planning to finally book a
flat now.
(4) Currently i am paying a house rent of 10k per month.

Request you guys to answer to the following queries of mine:-

(1) Considering all the above mentioned points do you guys suggest me to
go for a ready to move in flat ? If yes then will it be available only in
Indirapuram within this budget of 30 - 32 lacs ?
(2) If you guys advise me to book a flat somewhere for a posession to be
taken in say 2012 or 2013 etc then please advise which sector should i
plan to buy a flat in ?
(3) In continuation to the above mentioned point 2 please advise a project
which you deem suitable for me.
(4) As i mentioned that i might also get a chance to move abroad sometime,
please advise a sector/project which would atleast give some advantage
to me in terms of investment that time ( say in 4-5 years from now). So
that if at that time i need to sell the flat i get some decent appreciation.

    1 Indirapuram is good for both living and investment (light and water problem there)
    2 if u want flat on Expressway in Noida then Blossom County, Sector 137 is best in term of quality and paras terra in cheapness
    3 if u consider both location for job (Expressway and sec 60,62,64) then
    Lotus Panache at Sector 110 ,Gardenia Golf City, Sector 75,Amrapali Princely Estate located at sector 76,Mahagun Moderne in Sec 78 is good option,
    they are equally distance from
    Expressway and sec 60,62,64

    for living u can go for plots
    rate around FNG is 50000 per meter for plots

    noida ext is good and cheap option but there is electric and water problem

    Thanks for the suggestion. In terms of investment / appreciation of value in say 4-5 years from now which one would you rate better among indirapuram, expressway & noida extension ?
