can we all discuss impact of increased FAR 2.75 to 3.50 on Noida RE prices.
specific points which we should discuss in my view
-which sectors/project will be impacted.
-will builders buy additional FAR or wait and watch since they already have huge inventory to dispose off.
-will existing buyers have some say in approval i.e. UP apartment acts etc .
