Need your kind advise on increased FAR in Noida

How it may impact on almost developed project..

I have flat in Ajnara Daffodil in sec-137, which is ready to move-in project...how increased FAR may impact this ..??

    Looks like builder can add 1 or 2 more tower ...also may increase number of floor in existing tower ..making project further congested...
  • Does it have any remaining area marked as 'future plan'? if yes, then definitely builder would add 1 or 2 very high story towers to use additional FAR not just for the remaining area, but for the entire project area making it very contested !!! beware... Example: Supertech Emerald court in 93A, had ~350 flats in 10 acres or but later launched ~1000 more flats in 2 new towers in remaining ~3 acres land making overall ~1350 flats !!! pure cheating...
