Gardenia sold some land to other builders (i.e. eleven buildcon ltd), for golf city sec 75 noida plan.

Eleven buildcon ltd offering less rate than gardenia and also claim for same amenities.
Additional risk is builder repo and facility provided by this builder (although they are claiming for same as gardenia).
and good point is less rate and desired location availability.

I am new in this field and need suggestions from other members,
should I go with other builder than gardenia?

  • Gardenia is more reputed and has almost completed the Crossings Republik project .. go for it .. dont take a risk with Eleven buildcon ..
  • I came to know through a broker that Gardenia has sold left side buildings to different builders i.e. in groups of 5 acres each. These builders will be making a boundary wall and people cannot use facilities of Gardenia as there will be no access to them. May be they will develop some facilities like pool, etc themselves within there area...
    This is just told by one of the broker, so not sure how authentic info is..
