    Well this is not a WSJ finding - the said article is a research peace done by propequity.

    Infact the primary aspect of the report is to do with numbers offered for possession - which was extremely low in NCR - across the board

    In terms of CAGR (compounded annualized price rise) - Gurgaon actually was the highest at 16%

    The title of the thread is misleading - the 4 NCR cities performed the worst amongst the top 10 cities of India - they are NOT the worst RE destinations of India as the title suggests

    Faridabad had the biggest inventory overhang - nearly 60 months - really high. Short term oversupply

    NCR is primarily an investor driven market (from 2009 - 2012) and related social and physical infra / related avenues for work havent kept pace

    This is a high level summary - in the last report (2009) - Noida was at #4
