  • I personally do not like sec-150 vicinity, as it is only builder constructed sector of noida, as authority has no development plans here, even the hyped golf course and sports facilities are all builder's proposals, the golf course is even a collective build up by Ace, Mahagun and Sethi builders

    Proposed stadium is not coming up At the moment.

    Sector 7X is the most congested sector of Noida.

    But this sectors is lesser dense than other sectors of Noida 7x.

    NEW DELHI: Financial services group ASK has invested Rs 125 crore more in Noida-based builder ATS Group's 20-acre Le-Grandiose project in Sector 150, Noida, taking its total investment in the project to Rs 252 crore.

  • Sports city in sec 150 is being developed by Lotus as per Noida Authority only. SEc-150 will also have direct connection to Faridabad and Gurgaon which makes a better bet. Shoppings malls of greater noida are added advantage to this sector.

  • This weekend I went to the visit of Sec 150. The thing I observed is that it is still a green patch with no development in the sector. Even the road adjacent to ATS Pristine is broken and narrow.

    It will take years for this sector to develop. ATS Pristine is the best project in this sector as it is bang on expressway but it is very expensive as the quoted rates are 5700 sq ft and the smallest flat will be costing approx 1.05 Cr. The project ATS Pristine has a lot of open space which is a plus for this project.

    They are building 4 new towers that would be delivered after 4 years in Pristine project and the price quoted is 5000 sq ft.

    ATS Le Grandiose is like 1.5 Km inside and the ground is still being made ready. The road leading to the project is again broken and narrow. In between, there are multiple long green patches (Khet) and no development anywhere.

  • this area is going to come up amazingly well. just my gut feel, no research, so spare me the negative feedback...

    recent news regarding tie up of TATA & Godrej with Lotus Greens for GH projects ... Noida - Faridabad conenction ... Metro station across the road ... Sports City including golf course & cricket stadium ... seamless connectivity to Noida (Mahamaya, sector 18 & beyond) via the expressway.. River Hindon on one side, so will not be overly dense... will take at least 4-5 years, but will surely be a good place to reside..
