2.2BHK at Sai residency.Price:41L

3.2BHK at The Regulus .Price:41L

Kindly suggest which one would be the best deal.

    Let us deduct some manmani charges like MSEB,Parking etc, which u anyways need to pay for any new project...

    Option 1 and Option 3 works out to 3900-4100 psf (way more than the market price also!!)
    Option II looks good with 3200+ psf, if u r ok with the quality and stuff, u can go ahead!!
