Anyone has any idea on KP Towers, Karve Nagar by Kolte Patil (JV with Sanjay Kakade Group)? Out of all the properties I saw in Kothrud and Baner, I found them resonable. They are quoting Rs 8750.

Few items to notes,
- Loading of 25%
- Terrace and open space is chared 33% instead of 50%.

    Hi , R u sure its 33% or 50% because I got to know all builders are charging 100% for terrace & open space . Kindly confirm so I can negotiate .

    It is 100% for double height terrace and 33% for Deck and garden.
    The way calculation works for a 3 BHK is,

    A. Basic Carpet Area (Includes Dry Balcony area) - 113.96 sq m.
    B. Double Height Terrace (Actual Carpet) - 11.24 sq m.
    C. Deck Terrace - Normal height (Actual Carpet) - 16.96 sq m
    D. Terrace Garden (Actual Carpet) - 30.98 sq m
    E. Total (A + B + C *33% + D*33%) = (113.96 + 11.24 + 16.96*33% + 30.98*33%) = 141.02 sq m
