Hi all,

I have found this forum very useful to gain insight on the property market in Pune. I need some advice to purchase a 3 BHK flat in Pimple Saudagar/Wakad/Balewadi.My budget is 45 Lacs, so please suggest me a good option. I have seen a project Dwarka Lords by G.K. Developers and found it good. The rate however is high at 3400 psf. Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Rate looks overpriced. What speiciality is there in PS to pay 3400psf ?Check for other area like Baner/Balewadi

    Location of Lord's is good but too much crowded. All stores and hotel , PMT bus , company buses are nearby. As it has only 3 bhk which are hard to sell u can get it at 3100/- if bargained hard.

  • In my opinion, Dwarks Lords is at a pathetic location. It is right in the middle of Pimple Saudagars most crowded marketplace. There will be vehicular traffic, honking, street peddlers and shops during all times of the day. As such it is difficult to get peace of mind in this society. Moreover, it is just a building complex with no planned landscaping inside. This would mean there is no place for relaxation, taking walks or for children to play. This kind of place deserves lesser rate because it has more minus points than plus points. And I wont mention anything about the quality of GK constructions. It is for everyone to see and judge.

    Hello All,

    Any suggestions for properties in the areas like, Pimple Gurav, Pimple Nilakh, PCMC areas etc. My budget is 45-50L. Rates have increased significantly in PS and Dwarka Lords guy is charging 3600 psf.
