5 towers, each with 11 floors
2 BHK area: 1044 to 1150
Time for completion: 1.5 to 2 years
Current rate: 3690

I have a few questions:
1. I think rate is bit on higher side. Does anyone know what are current rates in Bavdhan area?
2. Any +ve / -ve info about this builder? Like construction quality he provides, timely completion etc etc

I have been looking for investment flat and I am seriously thinking of booking this. But also waiting for B. K Pate's new scheme in Bibvewadi. I tried calling him couple of times, but he keeps on saying that nothing is decided and they will call me when things are finalized :-(. Does anyone have some "insider" info about this project?

  • hello looking for a 2bhk flat in bavdhan ,any idea on what is the actual rate at which tinseltown flats are being sold currently, they are quoting 4700 per sq.ft ,wanna know at wat rate they are selling actually,rate in aug2010 was 3700 and now aug 2011 4700, any one got any justification for a rise of 1000 per sq.ft in one year ,that too when intrest rates are as high as mount everest,

    well at this rate the rate in aug2016 will be 10000 per sq.ft ,sounds frightening isnt it,

    anyone actually booked a flat in tinsel town recently.

    Rate is 4800/- 1044 sq ft, base price 51L, all inclusive is 59L

    What is a good price in Bavdhan, any idea ?

  • Project is about to complete in october 2012

    HI,

    I have bought a flat in this project. Its a 1064 sqft and in September 2010 i booked it for 3675 per sqft. Welworth Group is well known builder and i have seen their completed projects before booking.

    I heard that the current rate they are quoting is 5500 per sqft which is too much but still people are ready to book it. currently A & B wings are ready for possession in next month and plinth structure is going on for C wing but they haven't announced the booking yet.

    While reading this thread i read the water logging problem near this area, is it true? I did not see any issue in this years rain !

    Also vicinity to Maratha Mandir is some what true, there is a road being planned from Vaidehi enclave to the backside of Martha Mandir and hopefully it will be ready by the project completion.

    Rate is more than 7000 psF now.

    I know a few people who have purchases with rates around 6500 psf

    Not sure how many are buying now
