    Recently I visited Pie Property expo at Orchid Hotel, Baner. 2 BHK in Pristine Prolife - phase 3 was being offered for Rs 65L all inclusive. At what package did you book? I am looking for a 2 BHK in West Pune, preferably in Baner Annexe.

    I paid Rs.66.5 L for 971 sq ft area.

    I think as per current market conditions, 66.5 lakh is too costly for 971 sq ft.

    It would be helpful for everyone if the IREF members who have visited the project, share their observations like pros and cons of the project as well as the layout and the rate offered by the builder.

    Just one liners will not help the general public as well as the interested folks.

    Possession latest by - Dec 2018


    Please check other configuration, floor plans and amenities related details on the given below link
    We managed to negotiate it to a base rate of Rs.5473/sqft.

    Few things as per my observation are-
    As per floor plans mentioned on the site , they have areas ranging from 904 to 997sqft.
    Whereas when you visit there, they will mention about area's have 35sqft more on an average , citing its a printing mistake .


    Please let me know if in case others have faced the same ?

    Not worth to buy

    Not worth to buy. Ideal rate of this property is around 5100 psqft. Infra charge is extra there arrounf 550000. :).
