  • I have been living in Prestige Panorama for last 6 months or so. Based on my experience with them, I found them good in pre-sales but very bad in post sales. Their construction quality is average. They lack supervision and contractors employed by the builders are inexperienced and do shoddy job. Issues like leakage, improper electrical fittings, misaligned/loose tiles, doors not closing properly etc have already started in my six months old house. It takes a huge follow-up for them to attend to such problems. Moreover "Prestige Gold" was not part of the original plan, hence, common amenities like club house, LPG system, Water filters and open spaces were not planned for these new addition to the original project. These amenities will be highly stressed. Look around you may find better projects.

    Hope it helps.
  • Club House

Another point is that builder is not clarifying charges & future plan for Club House. They are not asking for any amount now & as current owner of property in Panorama I'm worried they may ask for unreasonable amount at a later point. I doubt that swimming pool will never be operational.

Also, in my view rate of 3150 is high.

      - floor height is very low.
      - Builder is not sure about clubhouse and gym
      - Big worry is water problem.
