Got to know of a new launch - Petals from Sai Mittal associates (Mittal Brothers?) at Wakad. My friend inquired and the rate they quote is about 3700 psf. 3 bhk is rather smallish with just less than 1200 sq. ft. The 3bhk he checked comes to around 53 Lacs. Didn't see a thread and though of sharing info. My friend is not so inclined as the 3bhk is little small for his requirements.

Think this scheme is right between Elysium and Palash Plus, Nr Malpani Greens. Also has commercial space as per their website

  • Last week i have visited the project. Construction started recently and as per sales person possession will be in late 2013. Plot size is small, after construction there will be hardly any free space. Sample flat was done very good ... rooms size are small though but quality of sample flat seems to be good(not sure whether it will be delivered in real). Found one of the decent project in wakad area .. rates can be negotiated to 3500 immediately with sales person ... bookings are not happening as not many buyers are in market...can be considered for investment .. not sure for living ..as its surrounded by too many bulidings ...

    I think if they have given 3bhk in 1200 sq.ft. means they have utilised space nicely....
    i m also thinking to just have one look of sample flat.....then lets see.....

    Bed3 is very small, so are the toilets and terrace2. However this is a decent sized flat for ones looking for 3bhk on budget. There are lots of 2bhk available elsewhere with 1200 sf, but here you get privacy - with an obvious tradeoff of smaller sizes. Some may like that.

    50 Lacs for 2 BHK?That too in Wakad and Possession in March 2013 +3-6 months expected delay ....This will be very costly deal ....By any chance has anybody tried negotiating hard ......What is the rate we should ask builder ?. Also They are giving Italian marble in Living + dining and Wooden flooring in master bedroom
