I am looking 3bhk in wakad or PS area for myself (not for investment). Also I am looking in early possesion or read possestion. Please suggest good projects and current rates....Thanks for ur help..

    Hey friend..
    There is one project "Petals" which has newly launched.
    I went there for site visit, sample flat is very decent & beautifully organised.
    I got impressed by that project. If you want then you can have one look of project.

  • Read the article in Econmics Times Apostrophe project in Wakad, the 3 BHK is sold for 78L and possession is in 2012. They mentioned the property prices rise by 20-30% in Wakad in last one year.
    Now imagine if someone waited for last 1.5 yrs, he would be spending more for buying itself.
    Now as flat owners will be paying more EMI, they are bound to raise the rent of their property.

    I saw Manav Promotors (near apostrophy) in wakad. Possesion in 1 - 2 months. They asked for 3750/-. I negitiated and they ready to give me in 3400 sq ft. But they are charging full for terrace (other like Rama - swiss county) charges 3400 / sf but charges half for terrace. Possestion of Swiss county is in 1 yr.

    Please suggest about Manav and /or any good project (bugdet approx 60L of terrace/balcony flat - 3bhk). looking for nearby possesion. Thanks,

    i think u r talking abt silver skyscapes,area without drainage system, drinking water connection, proper approach road...
